What to expect
DBC has been serving east Tennessee as a church for 225 years! A lot has changed since the beginning, but one thing hasn't - we worship God, serve the community and make disciples.
We are a family-style church that worships through a blend of beautiful, traditional hymns and contemporary praise music. You can dress as casual or as formal as you want. From our classrooms to the pulpit, we teach the Bible.
Our pastor preaches the Word of God exegetically (meaning scripture by scripture) through the various books of the Bible and different topical series.
The Sunday morning worship service starts at 10:45am and typically ends around 11:45am-noon.
